  • Guest speaker, Michelle Catan provided a basic overview of the Affordable Care Act and examined tax credits available to small businesses, referring to a handout distributed among the attendants. Details regarding the legal mandates for individuals and small businesses are discussed. Michelle also provided updated information on insurance plan options within the New York State of Health Marketplace.
