Kevin McLaughlin, Executive Director of Broome County Industrial Development Agency
Kevin McLaughlin began his career in community development in 1974, and has since devoted his time in both city service and the private sector. He served as director of the National Development Council, where he worked with state agencies, municipalities and industrial development agencies to identify development opportunities, structure incentive packages, create loan programs and establish Community Development Block Grant initiatives. He is also previously the Southern Tier regional director of Empire State Development Corporation, as well as the president of the Empire State New Market Corporation. He was named executive director of the Broome County Industrial Agency in 2013.
